Following your request to access our Video Gallery free of charge after completing the online form, the Data Controller, NürnbergMesse Italia S.r.l., provides you with the following privacy notice.

3. Gumlet as a Third-Party Service
The videos available in the Video Gallery are hosted on the Gumlet platform. After completing the form, the user will receive an e-mail containing an unlisted link providing direct access to the playlist hosted on Gumlet. When the user clicks on the link, they leave the Controller’s Website and access the Gumlet platform directly. Gumlet acts as an independent data controller with respect to any personal data collected while users browse its platform. 4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
The personal data of users visiting the “Video Gallery” page are processed for the following purposes:
1. Access to the Video Gallery
• Purpose: to send the user the access link to the Video Gallery and manage the user’s request.
• Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request and the Controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning and security of the Website.
2. Sending Communications
• Purpose: to send communications (soft spam and soft marketing) to users who have registered via the Video Gallery form regarding topics related to the Video Gallery or, more generally, to the Controller’s activities in the PCB sector.
• Legal basis: Article 130 of the Italian Privacy Code.
• Legal basis: the Controller’s legitimate interest, balanced against the reasonable expectations of users visiting the Website.
3. Video Gallery Access Management
• The Controller also processes your personal data and e-mail address to verify, manage and simplify access to the Video Gallery. Specifically, a direct link to the Video Gallery will be sent to your e-mail address so that you will not be required to complete the online form again each time you wish to access the Gallery. If you are unable to retrieve the access link, you may contact us at info@focusonpcb.it or complete the online form again.
5. Nature of the Data Provision through the Online Form
• Providing personal data through the online form is necessary in order to access the Video Gallery service.
6. Processing Methods and Operation of the Gumlet Player
Personal data are processed using electronic and IT tools implementing appropriate security measures.
The Controller exclusively uses the personal data collected through the online form to send the user the Video Gallery access link and for the additional purposes described in this Privacy Notice.
The videos are viewed directly on the Gumlet platform through the link received by e-mail. Any processing of personal data carried out by Gumlet while users access the playlist is performed under Gumlet’s sole responsibility and in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
7. Recipients or Categories of Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data may be disclosed to:
• data processors formally appointed by the Controller (e.g. IT service providers, hosting providers, cookie consent management providers and web agencies);
• individuals authorised by the Controller who have been appropriately instructed to process personal data;
• the Controller does not disclose personal data to the public.
The Controller does not communicate the personal data collected through the online form to Gumlet. Should the user decide to access the playlist through the link received by e-mail, any personal data collected directly by Gumlet will be processed by Gumlet as an independent data controller in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
8. Transfers of Personal Data to Third Countries, Profiling and Automated Decision-Making
The Controller does not transfer the personal data collected through the online form to third countries, except where such transfers are carried out by its service providers in compliance with Articles 45, 46 and 49 of the GDPR. Any transfer of personal data carried out directly by Gumlet within the scope of its platform is governed exclusively by Gumlet’s Privacy Policy.
