Focus on PCB 2026 – Meet the exhibitors: Seica Automation

Ahead of Focus on PCB 2026, we take a closer look at the key players in the next edition.

This time, we spoke with Seica Automation, co-exihibiting with FPE, who shared what participating at the show in Vicenza means and the company’s perspective on the challenges and opportunities shaping the PCB industry.

1. Seica Automation is widely recognized for its advanced test and automation solutions, including flying probe systems, AOI, functional test, and integrated Industry 4.0 platforms.
In collaboration with FPE, your partner and co-exhibitor at Focus on PCB 2026, which technologies or solutions will you be showcasing at the show, and how does this synergy help PCB manufacturers and assemblers manage increasing product complexity, improve test coverage, and ensure traceability and quality across production processes?

At Focus on PCB 2026, Seica Automation will present an automated label application line, consisting of a PCB loader, label placer, and PCB unloader. In collaboration with our partner FPE, a label supplier, we offer a complete solution (from machinery to consumables) to our customers, ensuring full traceability and production management

2. What convinced you to take part in Focus on PCB 2026, and what opportunities does this event offer compared to others?

Seica Automation recognizes the importance of an event like Focus on PCB in Italy. In recent editions of the exhibition, we have participated as visitors and have seen a significant increase in attendance, both in terms of exhibitors and visitors, indicating that Focus on PCB is becoming a reference point not only at national level but also at European level.

3. From your perspective, what technological innovations or challenges are shaping the future of the PCB industry, and how is your company addressing these changes?

Printed circuit boards are constantly evolving, driven by the demand for smaller boards with higher component density. This demand is now coming from applications such as 5G, IoT, and AI, where operating at high frequencies makes the circuit board itself a critical component of the final product.
Seica Automation, always at the forefront, offers “smart automation” for handling and many other processes in PCB assembly. We are able to provide both standard and customized solutions focused on increasing efficiency and productivity in our customers’ processes.
