INFORMATION NOTICE pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 regarding the processing of personal data of Prospects
Nürnbergmesse Italia S.r.l., as part of a process to update its privacy documentation, takes this opportunity to inform you that your personal data are processed in accordance with the current legislation on the processing of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, and Legislative Decree 196/03 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, hereinafter the “Privacy Code”), as set out below.

In line with its internal process of accountability and document updates, and in compliance with Article 12 of the GDPR, the Data Controller provides you, as the data subject, with the following information notice as a measure to provide all the information referred to in Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR and the communications referred to in Articles 15 to 22 and 34 of the GDPR relating to the processing of personal data, and to inform you that your personal data, deriving e.g. from: A) various sources (see final sentence of Recital 61 of the GDPR), such as institutional/commercial partnerships, blogs, public lists, online searches (data in any case obtained by the Data Controller in compliance with the purpose limitation principle and from the source from which the data originated), are all data that do not fall within the special categories of personal data listed in Article 9 of the GDPR and are all processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. In other cases (so-called B), your personal contact data are in our possession on the basis of your direct provision (e.g. your business card, call, participation in an event in which we were involved) and you have therefore already been informed of our data processing by means of our previous information. In both cases the processing carried out by the Data Controller is based on the conditions of lawfulness set out in Article 6 of the GDPR and the legal basis for the processing, as required by Article 13(c) of the GDPR, is the Data Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)), consisting in retaining your data and using them in order to keep you informed through soft spam or soft marketing.
In fact, in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR and Recital 47 of the GDPR, and where the conditions are met with Article 130 of the Privacy Code, on the basis of its legitimate interest balanced against the reasonable expectations and interests of the data subject, the Data Controller will send (by email) its own soft marketing communications (where your data derive from case A) or soft spam (where your data derive from case B) concerning the Focus on PCB trade fair or communications about events closely related to it and, in any case, on similar topics, always without overriding your right to individual tranquillity.
In order to provide you with greater protection in relation to this specific processing and in compliance with the principles of accountability and transparency, the Data Controller makes the following account available to the data subject: oppo@nm-italia.it, to which you may write specifically to object to receiving communications; it is understood that the data subject may object at any time, not only by sending an email to the above address but also by following the instructions in the footer of the communications received.
The data will be processed in paper and/or electronic form and will not be disseminated.
The Data Controller does not carry out any processing based on automated decision-making nor profiling; all processing is carried out by its authorised persons or processors.
The Data Controller will keep your data in its prospect database only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes of the collection. If you object, please note that, once your objection has been received and the technical time required to implement your request has elapsed, you will not receive further communications from us.
The Data Controller informs you that you are entitled to the rights set out in Article 13(2) of the GDPR, namely:
the right of access to personal data and to the related information listed in Article 15 of the EU Regulation;
the right to rectification or erasure of the data provided, or to restriction of processing;
the right to object to processing;
the right to data portability;
where processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or on Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
the rights under Article 21 of the GDPR, including the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation;
the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (see the website of the Italian Data Protection Authority).
To exercise the rights set out above or to obtain further information about the processing of your data, please email privacy@nm-italia.it with the subject line “exercise of rights under the GDPR”, including your details and indicating the right(s) you wish to exercise. Once your request has been processed, the Data Controller will reply to the email address indicated and/or specifically provided to receive such communication within the timeframe set out in Article 12(3) of the GDPR.
Should the Data Controller suffer a personal data breach within the meaning of Article 34 of the GDPR, entailing a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, it will, where applicable, notify the Supervisory Authority and inform all data subjects concerned of the incident.
If the Data Controller intends to process the personal data for a purpose other than that for which they were collected, it will, prior to any such further processing, first provide the data subject with information about that different purpose and any other relevant information and, where required, obtain consent.
