The main milestones of this historical development and the people involved with it, starting from the 20th century until today, will be briefly presented in the lecture “The Historical Development of Printed Circuit Board Technology”.

Il tema centrale sarà l’identificazione della scheda elettronica / prodotto finale / PCB. Si parlerà delle varie fasi in cui il PCB può essere identificato (inizio processo, su P&P, fine processo) sia manualmente che in maniera automatica. Si parlerà anche dell’identificazione del prodotto finito e delle varie soluzioni per il monitoraggio della temperatura e dell’umidità, e sempre sul prodotto finale, di RFID (cenni).
